Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Windows Made Easy Ltd ("we", "us").

Supply only

We supply windows and doors only — we do not provide installation. All products are delivered direct to you.

Estimates and pricing

All prices shown in the configurator are estimates based on the sizes and specifications you enter. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are calculated separately and confirmed before any order is placed. We will always confirm your final price in writing before taking payment.

Size confirmation

Before manufacturing begins, our team will contact you to verify all measurements. You will not be charged until final sizes and specifications have been agreed in writing.

Order confirmation

An order is only placed once you have received and signed off a written order confirmation from us. The online quote does not constitute a confirmed order.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed in your order confirmation. We do not store card details.

Cancellation

You may cancel before an order has been confirmed at no charge. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

Liability

We are not liable for sizes or specifications supplied incorrectly by the customer that have not been re-confirmed with us in writing prior to manufacture.
