How to measure
You only need a metal tape measure and a few minutes. All measurements are in millimetres (mm).
Don't worry about being exact at this stage — our team re-confirms all sizes before manufacture.
Measure the width
- Measure the brick-to-brick opening at the top, middle and bottom.
- Use the smallest of the three measurements.
- Take 10 mm off for clearance tolerance.
Measure the height
- Measure from the cill — that's the bottom ledge of the window opening — up to the lintel at the top, on the left, middle and right.
- Use the smallest measurement.
- Take 10 mm off for clearance tolerance.
