How to measure
You only need a metal tape measure and a few minutes. All measurements are in millimetres (mm).
Important: measurements you provide are used for your estimate only. Final sizes must be confirmed and re-checked before manufacture. We are not liable for sizes you supply if not re-confirmed.
Width (W)
Measure the width
- Measure the brick-to-brick opening at the top, middle and bottom.
- Use the smallest of the three measurements.
- Take 10 mm off for clearance tolerance.
Height (H)
Measure the height
- Measure from the cill (bottom) to the lintel (top) on the left, middle and right.
- Use the smallest measurement.
- Take 10 mm off for clearance tolerance.
